What is included in your search request service?
Our service covers the full home search journey, from brief intake and market positioning to viewings, negotiation, contract review, and handover, ensuring clarity and confidence throughout.
How does your fee structure work?
We work with a clear agency fee, equal to one month of rent exclusive of VAT. This reflects the time, expertise, and market access required to secure the right home efficiently. In order to start the service, we require a non-refundable down payment of € 250,00 which will be deducted from the final payment.
How quickly can you place us into a home?
Most clients are placed within two to four weeks, depending on availability, client responsiveness, and market conditions.
Do you also support clients who are not yet in Amsterdam?
Yes. We regularly assist clients remotely, managing viewings, negotiations, and coordination until keys are handed over.
What requirements do you have for clients?
We accept search requests from a monthly rental budget of €2200 and above. We work with clients who have a market conform budget, complete documentation, and flexibility to act decisively, allowing us to move quickly and secure high quality homes.
