We work primarily with expats, corporates, and executive renters, focusing on stability, quality profiles, and long term fit.
What is your fee for the listing service
We work with a clear fixed fee excluding VAT. For multiple properties or combined services, tailored pricing may apply. To be able to create the marketing materials your property deserves, we require a deposit of € 300. Which we will deduct from the total agency fee, once we’ve secured a tenant.
